Homebrewing Update:
Experimentation in homebrewing continues as the fermented beer was bottled yesterday and now must wait in dark seclusion for the next 4-5 weeks as it carbonates. In the meantime the venture has officially been named "Lowertown Loft Homebrewing" and this first beer will be named "De Valera's Red Ale" as it is an Irish Red Ale and De Valera was the founder of the Irish constitution, a former president, and one of the principle players in the Irish revolution. Nice new logo and name(s). Eamon de Valera was indeed a crucial figure in Irish history. I'm glad you found a name of your own for your first homebrew effort. Having said that, I regret to inform you that all naming suggestions I made on your behalf are hereforth property of Russell Haug's as-yet-unnamed brewing venture. Any further use, intended or otherwise, is strictly prohibited and punishable by copyright law. Thank you! Ha ha.
They are all yours. Thanks for the inspiration. I watched the "Modern Marvels" documentary on brewing the other day. If you haven't seen it I suggest you track it down because it makes you very happy to be a beer lover.
